The third film within the Belfast Hospital series, this is Patsi’s journey, complete with yet more fun and funky graphics and colourful kaleidoscope images. The film shows an interview with Patsi, where a number of issues are covered, including her plans and ambitions for the future and what it was like to finally leave hospital for the first time since being ill. We are given an idea of what life is like on the ward when we see the view from Patsi’s bed, including her fetching spotty pink slippers, which later make an appearance in the African Safari!

First diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in September 2003, after a series of unresolved trips to the doctors, this is the story of Katie Knight and how, as a family they have overcome her experience with cancer and an unexpected relapse two years later. As well as being a light hearted and informative insight into how to cope with side effects such as losing your hair and dealing with the dreaded chemo, this is a fantastic video for parents to watch and listen to how Katie’s parents have coped with her illness and the mixture of emotions that come with it. Not just that, if you have difficulty restraining your dog, Katie’s Dad, David is at hand to show you how to handle troublesome pets!
