Alice’s Relapse
After being chemo free for just over a month, Alice is told the news that no-one ever wants to hear- she’s relapsed. Always with a smile on her face and determination in her voice, she explains how she is coping with the unexpected news and constantly manages to stay positive, whatever the weather. With the tumour back in her foot, albeit very small, she has a strong plan of attack- to get to Birmingham as soon as possible to have it removed and then undergo an intensive course of radiotherapy until the damn thing is gone!
No matter what the situation, and whatever happens, Alice sticks by her motto- she is never going to let cancer prevent her from leading the life she intends to live- even if it means holding back radiotherapy for a little bit until exams have finished! Yay for you Ali, you know noone underestimates you this time so lets kick some ass (again), I’m here every step of the way to make you smile at random stuff (mwarp!). And yes ok, I like you to tell me things, but I’m gonna keep on not pressuring you to tell me stuff; concentrate on the next few weeks and then its SUMMER!!!!! I’ll beat the world for you my angel.
